Reike: a change for the better

Welcome to the "Reike Evolution" web site which provides a lot of useful information about Reike, good quality Reike training courses and a wide range of helpful materials and resources that we have developed over the years.

If you are new to Reike, we will help you to understand what Reike is all about and what it can do for you. We write in a down-to-earth and common-sense style and explain clearly how Reike can make a positive difference in your life.

If you are already working with Reike then our guides, articles, manuals, CDs and UK Reike training courses will help you to develop confidently with the Reike system at First Degree, Second Degree and Master/Teacher level. In particular, we do not teach standard "Western-style" Reike: we teach a form of Reike on our Reike training courses that is a lot closer to the system taught by Reike's founder, Mikao Usui, in the 1920s in Japan. We like to keep things simple and we teach an uncluttered Reike system that is intuitive, focused on self-development, and free from dogma and silly rules.
