Reiki audio CDs
We have been using audio CDs alongside our comprehensive course manuals for many years now and we have found that this is a really good way to help students to get to grips with learning about Reiki. They can read text, look at images and they can listen to commentary tracks that give them the basics of Reiki, rather like listening to a Reiki teacher, but a teacher that you can listen to whenever are wherever you like, and a teacher that you can rewind and listen to again and again if you need to!
We use two sorts of CDs: commentary CDs that talk you through important aspects of Reiki, and guided meditations that help students to get into the habit of working on themselves regularly, and help with giving Reiki treatments. The CDs were recorded by Taggart King, who does seem to have quite a relaxing voice, pleasant to listen to, or certainly that is the feedback that we have received from our students, anyway!

About the Reiki CDs
These are the audio CDs that we have available:

The first two CDs contain various commentary tracks that take you through the essential points of Reiki at First and Second Degree: you get to hear Taggart saying the sort of things that he would say on a live Reiki course, and both CDs are professionally printed and last for over an hour.
The "Reiki Meditations" CD contains four guided meditations suitable for people at First and Second Degree: you are talked through:
- Hatsurei ho (daily energy exercises used in Japanese Reiki)
- A self-treatment meditation that Usui Sensei taught to his students
- A distant healing session that can be used by Reiki1s and Reiki2s
- A symbol meditation
The "Talking you through a Reiki treatment" CD lasts for just under 1 hour and you are guided by Taggart as you carry out a full treatment on someonewho is lying on a treatment couch. Taggart talks you through the stages and guides you through the hand positions, with gentle meditative music in the background.
The Master Teacher course CDs provide extensive commentary tracks, guided meditations to help with sending energy and working intuitively, and talk you through a Western attunement and a Reiju empowerment.

Buying the CDs to use on your own courses?
Many of our Master students, and teachers from other lineages, are using our manuals and CDs on their own courses, so we have decided to make these items available in 'multipacks' at a greatly reduced cost.
