Rieki: a change for the better

Welcome to the "Rieki Evolution" web site which provides a lot of useful information about Rieki, good quality Rieki training courses and a wide range of helpful materials and resources that we have developed over the years.

If you are new to Rieki, we will help you to understand what Rieki is all about and what it can do for you. We write in a down-to-earth and common-sense style and explain clearly how Rieki can make a positive difference in your life.

If you are already working with Rieki then our guides, articles, manuals, CDs and UK Rieki training courses will help you to develop confidently with the Rieki system at First Degree, Second Degree and Master/Teacher level. In particular, we do not teach standard "Western-style" Rieki: we teach a form of Rieki on our Rieki training courses that is a lot closer to the system taught by Rieki's founder, Mikao Usui, in the 1920s in Japan. We like to keep things simple and we teach an uncluttered Rieki system that is intuitive, focused on self-development, and free from dogma and silly rules.
