“The course content was good and relevant and Laetitia was very friendly and helpful. The manual was a bit overwhelming at first – I wasn’t sure how much of the Japanese names etc I had to learn. Was very happy with it though after the initial panic! Very thorough, interesting and a great reference tool.
The CD reassured me that I had learned everything OK from the manual and the Hatsurei and self-treatment recordings are great.

“I found Reiki Evolution from browsing on the Internet, having already decided to take my First Degree. The site was informative and I liked the fact that there was follow-up. The learning is broken down and some is self-directed. This worked well for me – allowing me to digest the information at my own pace and in my own style. “I very much enjoyed the practical course which consolidated significant sections of the manual, as well as giving us the opportunity to share experiences and reasons for choosing Reiki. The empowerment was a wonderful experience during which I felt a lot of pressure over my crown. This was accompanied by colours, mainly blue and purple, as well as a feeling of great calm.
After learning the hand positions and giving a full treatment, I felt very keen to practise on friends and relatives. I’m keeping a diary of treatments and results.

“I really enjoyed the Second Degree course – much more so than the first (which I also loved!) The whole concept and principles felt much cleaner and my confidence in my abilities using the symbols has grown considerably. I have found the material for both courses excellent – I have transferred the CD meditations to my MP3 player and have used them on beaches, on trains and even before meetings, in my car!
I was amazed with the use of symbols, the differences between them and the huge impact they have on energy flow and intensity.
Since deciding to make Reiki a part of my life, I have experienced a steady, slow improvement in many areas. The difficulty is that Reiki is somewhat intangible – hard to quantify in some ways yet so very real in others.
A close friend recently pointed out to me that I have been dealing with some really quite difficult issues in my personal life. I thought this over and realised that I had in fact been doing just this, but because of my use of the principles and meditations, I do not feel stressed by these things. I just accept them as part of my life’s journey and the knowledge that I have the personal resources available to me to cope with many things that life produces.
I have practised Reiki now with friends and family and all have been somewhere between fascinated and amazed by the results. I really look forward to moving forward – both with my skills and hopefully an increasing knowledge and understanding.

”As far as alternative therapies go, I’d had a lot of sessions of craniosacral therapy and seen a homoeopath before I embarked on this course so I found it really helpful to learn about the history and background of Reiki.
I thought the course was simple to follow, particularly the list of instructions of what to do in what order. That really helped to avoid being overwhelmed by all the material. Also the photos were really useful to help get the hand positions.
The summary in CD format is a great idea and I found it really helped soak up the information. Also the guided meditations are very helpful for a beginner and it means I don’t have to worry about remembering what I’m supposed to be doing. I just do it!!!
On the day of the live course I thought Laetitia was great to work with. I found her to be friendly, helpful and encouraging. Although we were all concentrating, the mood was still light hearted. It really was an enjoyable day.

”I appreciated the simple numbered break down of the Reiki Symbols and also the “idiot proof” pronunciation guide of the Japanese names. I know it helped me to learn them faster.
In the manual, I was glad to see that you’d included the topic of how to run Reiki as a therapy. Hosting a session in a professional manner is important.
The day of the course was a good opportunity to experiment with different techniques like beaming Reiki etc. which is difficult at home on your own. Laetitia was a great host and I really enjoyed the day. It’s so refreshing to spend some quality time with like-minded people. There’s always an interesting discussion to be had!

”The First Degree Reiki course was excellent and I have already recommended it to one of my friends. The information in the manual was detailed but also easy to understand. I particularly enjoyed reading about other people’s experiences.
I loved the CD, listening to it in sections in my car, over and over again. I thought it was a great way to learn the material. Using the CD together with the book, I probably ended up spending a lot more than the recommended time following the pre-course work and even now am still re-reading sections.

I like the way you recommend an approach, e.g. when using the distant healing symbol, but then offer alternatives so people can find the method/s which best suit them
The atmosphere at Laetitia’s was calm and relaxing as always. The whole of the live training was thoroughly enjoyable. It was good to try out the different exercises and feel how the energy works in different ways. Following the study materials I’d tried out some of the techniques before the day but the live training brought it all together for me and the levels of energy seemed to strengthen.
As for working intuitively, that was amazing! Laetitia helped us all to completely relax and the energy just took over. I have been very impressed with Reiki Evolution.
