"My teacher Linda instantly made me feel at ease, she was very warm and understanding. The course content was detailed but relaxed. After settling in and introducing ourselves I received my first empowerment. I experienced calming colours and a reel feeling of peace. I experienced giving a treatment, Linda said I moved around the table very calmly which was good and I was quite pleased with myself as I actually felt very nervous. The recipient also said immediately after the treatment that it was lovely. I then received a treatment myself which again left me feeling deeply relaxed.

As the day went on we worked with energy, talked about what I had learned from reading the manual & listening to the cd's. We discussed the Reiki Lineages and various stages of Reiki as well as receiving other empowerments.

I was surprised at how quickly the day went by. I can honestly say that it left me with a feeling of relaxation and peace and hungry to 'get started' and learn more. When I got home my husband asked me how it had gone and I answered honestly that I had had really nice day.

All in all I can say that it more than met my expectations."
