“When I stumbled onto Reiki, I hadn’t heard of it before, I didn’t know what it was, and I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into. I had not received a Reiki treatment before I went along to be attuned, and I did not even know anyone who had been treated. I do tend to be a bit gullible, and I did wonder whether I was just forking out some money on a load of New Age nonsense!

However, I have to say that from that day onward Reiki has produced such wonderful changes in my life that I wish I could attune everyone on the planet so they could find out how beautiful Reiki is. On the ‘First Degree’ course I was amazed to find that my hands started to tingle whenever they got near someone else, and the people I treated said that they could feel loads of heat from my hands – and yet I am a cold-handed person, at least I was before Reiki!

I have now spent hundreds of hours with my hands on people, and hundreds of hours teaching people on courses, and it is so rewarding seeing the many positive changes that Reiki brings. It is very humbling to be part of something that can make such a difference to people.

Not everyone has to become a Reiki practitioner or Teacher and deal with the public, and the majority of people who learn Reiki do so to treat themselves, their family and friends, but I have found what I was destined to do in life, and my goal is to help others find out how beautiful Reiki is too. I hope you decide to let Reiki into your life. You won’t regret it.
