What did you think of the course materials (manual and audio tracks)?

All the course materials are great, the online PDF worked fine for me (as someone who works in IT, I found it tremendously useful). But I did note that paper books, CD’s etc are available separate to the MP3’s you receive when ordering your course. I also found the Spotify meditations became instantly valuable. As its nice to follow along to instructions while being very new to Reiki. This allows me to follow for now, and build/amend my own practices around this.

What are your comments about the live training and your teacher or the home study approach?

Ant was brilliant and has a lovely energy. His excitement for Reiki is contagious and his stories and experiences were great to hear. He has a kind and caring approach to teaching – I would highly recommend Ant to anyone looking to learn.

I have completed the level 2 reiki course with Ant.  It was a lovely experience.  Ant is very welcoming and we were made to feel at ease.  I found the manual and meditations very helpful. Learning at your own pace before the course is much more effective.
I enjoyed doing the symbol meditations and experiencing the different energies as well as learning distance healing.  I now feel more confident sending healing and also using the symbols in treatments if and when needed.
Ant is a great teacher and I would highly recommend him and the Reiki Evolution courses to anyone wishing to learn reiki.  I’m looking forward to completing the RMT course in the near future.

The live training day was very relaxed and informal. Focus was definitely on the practical elements which was good. Ant Attfield was a great host and teacher. He was very friendly and welcoming. I really felt that although there were prescriptive hand positions, he was very keen for us to also embrace our own intuition to do what we felt was right when practising different things which I felt was absolutely the right thing. I have already booked my level 2 course with him. It wasn’t rushed or forced, and I felt very calm and energised following the course. He also followed up to check how we were feeling after the course
