“I really enjoyed the approach to the day and learning from Christina. I received the course content and background documents a week or two before and then the day was about hands on practical experience. This allowed me the time and space to go into greater depth about the origins and philosophy behind reiki with the reading. This theoretical aspect was then reinforced on the training day alongside the practical part of the course.
