My Reiki journey began in 2004 in Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire. What started with a simple poster on a noticeboard quickly became a lifelong path. Within a few years, I had trained with two Reiki Masters, completed Reiki Level 1 through Master level, and earned a two-year diploma in Crystal Therapy. By 2010, I opened a therapy practice offering Reiki and Crystal Healing.

At the time, clients often asked if I offered Reiki training. I didn’t feel ready to teach then—but that changed in 2014 when I discovered Reiki Evolution. The depth, clarity, and simplicity of the training completely reshaped my understanding of Reiki. It gave me the confidence not just to deepen my personal practice, but to begin sharing Reiki with others as a teacher.

Reiki has always been more than a therapy to me—it’s been a doorway back to the magic within. Along the way, it’s opened me up to explore other healing practices like Angelic and Shamanic Healing, EFT, astrology, and more. Each path has enriched my approach, but Reiki remains the foundation.

As a mum of four—each born within five years—I know how demanding life can be. Reiki gave me something simple and powerful: a daily practice I could fit into any schedule. That’s a core part of what I now pass on to students. Reiki isn’t complicated, and the Reiki Evolution teaching makes it accessible and meaningful for everyday life.

I’m now based in Wellington, Shropshire, where I offer Reiki training, Reiki and Crystal therapies, monthly Reiki shares, and Reiki Days. My therapy room is a warm, welcoming space overlooking The Wrekin—just a short walk from the local train and bus stations.
